Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy is not a quick fix. It has often taken years for you to get to where you are now. It can take time to get to the bottom of why you are experiencing your symptoms and addressing any underlying factors. Not only that but getting comfortable with new ways of living and eating, and not slipping back into old habits - even when we know the benefits that these could bring – is not always easy.

Three to six month packages consisting of an initial consultation with a series of follow up consultations, check in calls and email support are available to help you commit to making the changes your body deserves.

To ensure you get the best service possible, I work with a maximum of ten nutritional therapy clients at any one time.

I also offer group courses, online masterclasses and talks and workshops to groups and businesses.

Tension and Trauma Release Exercises


One to one consultations & group classes

TRE can be a powerful modality to shift held tension in the body, reduce stress and increase body awareness. By using a series of seven exercises, developed by David Berceli, PhD, we can induce the body's natural tremoring mechanism to discharge unresolved stress, helping to alter the signalling from the body to the brain, and calm down the body's alarm system.

If you haven't experienced TRE before and feel that you are holding a lot of stress from past experiences, or have a diagnosed health condition, then it is advisable to book at least one 1:1 session before attending a group. If you are unsure, then do book a discovery call.
