Nutritional therapy is not a quick fix. It has often taken years for you to get to where you are now. It can take time to get to the bottom of why you are experiencing your symptoms and addressing any underlying factors. Not only that but getting comfortable with new ways of living and eating, and not slipping back into old habits - even when we know the benefits that these could bring – is not always easy.
Twelve-week packages consisting of an initial consultation with a series of follow up consultations and email support are available to help you commit to making the changes your body deserves. Currently all consultations are being held online.
To ensure you get the best service possible, I work with a maximum of six people at any one time.
I also offer group courses, online masterclasses and talks and workshops to groups and businesses.
Consultation packages

Food reactivity
This package is for you if you are struggling to eat your normal diet without experiencing symptoms. You may or may not have ideas about which foods you are reacting to, but either way, you aren’t quite sure what to do about it.

Gut autoimmunity
This package is for your if you have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition of the digestive tract. You may feel that there is more that you could be doing to support your body, beyond the medications and the dietary changes that you have already put in place, and would like some guidance as to the best approach.

Histamine intolerance
Excess circulating histamine can cause a range of issues including headaches, nasal congestion, blood pressure changes, skin reactions, vertigo, palpitations, fatigue, flushing, anxiety, and digestive or pre-menstrual symptoms. This package is for you if you are experiencing some of these symptoms and you suspect that foods or environmental factors might be making it worse.
One-off consultations

Health or nutrition review
This one-off hour long appointment is for you, if you want to get some answers to your burning questions about your health condition, your diet, or how best to support your immune system, but are not looking for ongoing support. I will ask you to complete a short questionnaire in advance of the appointment, and a food diary if appropriate, so we can make the most of our time together.
Courses and talks
Winter wellness - six week programme
How would you like to dedicate some time to supporting your health and improving your immune resilience? If you want simple advice on things that you can do that don't cost the earth - and reasons to implement the changes, this course is for you.
Each week we will focus on a different area of my framework for immune harmony: Connect, Digest, Nourish, Balance and Calm.
The course is delivered as a series of videos, workbooks, live online Q&A sessions with a Telegram group offering support from like-minded people.

Supporting immunity - online masterclass
Are you worrying about getting ill? Do you have children who seem to catch everything going and then pass it round the family? Have you been deemed at risk of viral infection, and want to help them reduce that risk?
You may have already read how some diet and lifestyle factors can influence how susceptible you are to viral infection or a worse prognosis, but are finding all the information out there a bit confusing.
This masterclass will explain how we defend ourselves against viruses, how reducing stress can improve immune resilience (and how stress isn't just the stuff you feel), what to eat to support immunity, why everyone is banging on about vitamin D and how small changes can make big difference.

Food intolerance e-book
Are you struggling to eat your normal diet without symptoms flaring? Do you think there might be a link between your digestive discomfort, your itching or your nasal congestion and your diet?
You may have already tried to cut things out of your diet without success, and aren't sure why it hasn't worked. If you would like practical tips on how to identify what you are reacting to, to understand more about why you are so sensitive to particular foods, and to find out if there are things you can do to support your health, and reduce your reactivity, then this e-book is for you.
It is jam-packed full of information on different types of reactivity about food, including the difference between allergies, intolerances and sensitivities; common allergens, and less common reactive foods; a deep dive into gluten, lactose and histamine reactivity; why digestion and gut health are critical as well as other factors that can exacerbate food sensitivity. You’ll also get a food and symptom diary form, and advice to help you identify what you are reacting to.
