Prior to your first appointment, you will need to complete a health questionnaire and three-day food diary, which should be returned at least 48h in advance of your appointment.
It is important to include details of any prescription or over-the-counter medication you are taking, to ensure that any nutritional recommendations are safe.
Initial consultation 75 mins
To start, I want to hear from you: your health history and goals; your current lifestyle habits, such as sleep, exercise, relaxation and stress; as well as how and what you eat (and don’t eat).
This will help me understand which systems in your body may be under pressure, and which environmental factors could be contributing to your symptoms.
We will then work together to devise a personalised health and wellness plan outlining diet and lifestyle changes that you feel are achievable and fit in with your life.
As part of the process I may recommend nutritional supplements or functional tests if I think you would benefit. These are not covered by the consultation fee.
Follow up consultation 50 mins
Depending on your health situation and goals, I recommend at least one follow-up consultation after 3 - 4 weeks, though I find my clients benefit most from ongoing support over a twelve-week period.
We will assess the progress you have made so far, and any test results will be discussed. Your plan will be adjusted and developed as appropriate.
Coaching call 30 mins
Telephone calls to help you stay on track and tweak your programme can be arranged as required.

Twelve-week packages consisting of an initial consultation with a combination of follow up consultations and coaching calls are available to help you commit to making the changes your body deserves.
